Is a free local pick-up available ?
Yes. If you are located in Charlotte area, please email us for times for pick-up, and we'll remove shipping charges from your invoice.

Do you sell only used items?
We sell either brand new or just gently used items. It's priced accordingly. We describe those items in our best believes. Should be there any visible imperfection, we'll try to describe it and price the item accordingly.

Can I ask to change a shipping method?
Generally, yes. Please just email us before making a payment, so, we'll send you an updated invoice with different shipping charges.

Can I return an item what didn't fit?
We price our items at a discounted rates as a final sales without returns. I certain situations, we can consider to issue a refund if such conditions are met: - refund is pre-approved; - item is shipped back within 14 days of initial shipping without any visible wear.

If I return an item on time, will I get a full fund?
If all the conditions are met, refund will be issued for the price of an item minus shipping fees and 20% of restocking fee. Also, buyer will be responsible for returning shipping fees.
